Domestic Shipping

All orders are shipped from Singapore within 3 to 5 business days via local courier services by default. Kindly note that orders that are placed during festive periods will take 5 to 7 business days to reach you.

The cut-off timing for processing daily orders is set at 2 pm (SGT). Any new orders submitted after 2 pm (SGT) will be processed the following working day. We will send a shipment notification email as soon as your order goes out. 

Complimentary shipping is offered for all domestic orders above SGD 30.

International Shipping

Shipping duration for international orders usually takes about 5 to 14 business days to arrive under normal circumstances, but may also take up to 3 to 4 weeks depending on how long a package is held at custom clearance.

If you are concerned about tracking, please contact us to make other shipping arrangements.

Please note that international shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival at their destination. YARD YARN is not responsible for customs fees or taxes charged upon arrival. 

Complimentary shipping is offered for all international orders above SGD 100.

Exchange & Returns

We like what we make and we want you to like it too. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, the exchange needs to be notified within 7 days upon receiving your order.

Please contact us before sending an item back to authorise an exchange. Items should be sent back within 14 days (for domestic orders) and 28 days (for international orders) from the purchased date in original condition, and include a note stating the reason for your exchange, as well as a return address. 

Please note that for hygiene purposes, we only accept exchanges that is deem damage.
