Your parcel includes:

Clear zipper pouch	Thicker and sturdier, which makes storing your accessories back after wearing swift.
Reusable cloth pouch	Complimentary per order.
Crushed brown paper	To keep your accessories in place.
Box	They are essential especially when transporting jewellery. It ensures that your pieces will arrive in superior condition during the courier process.
Vacuum paper envelope	The waterproof outer shell provides the final protection and it is also where the shipping label will be adhered. *Tip: Peel off the label slowly if you like to reuse.

In the event you do not require them, do leave us an instruction. We will make the necessary changes accordingly.

We utilise 304 Stainless Steel in most of our jewellery, which are generally considered hypoallergenic for most people. However, we will not encourage if you are hypersensitive to nickel and iron, as they do contain a low percentage of them.

304 Stainless Steel are highly resistant to corrosion and rust. We have test proof most of the jewellery, and they are great to be worn in tropical climate. In some circumstances, other plated metals are also used, these will tarnish in contact with air, humidity, perfume, and perspiration.

Other materials like ornamental beads and leather parts are synthetic, unless stated otherwise. You will also find material specification stated on each of the product descriptions.

We can assure that the silver steel is the most durable one. Gold steel is usually vacuum plated, and though they aren't prone to tarnishing, you should still make sure to keep them away from any abrasive contact and long term exposure to humidity in order to preserve the coating.

It will be all right if you have forgotten to remove them for your shower. Also if you find it comfortable, you may also go to bed with them. 

REPAIRS
We stand behind the quality of our work, and with proper care, your accessory should last you for many years to come. However, an accessory is by no means indestructible. Please do not put your jewellery too far through the wringer without consequence. Should you require a repair, please contact us with a description of what happened and we'll be happy to get you fixed up.
