While occasional contact with water is not harmful, we recommend keeping the object wipe down when possible to preserve its finish. Store it in a clean, dry place away from humidity, and avoid exposure to chlorine or salt water, which may accelerate tarnishing. Before storing, gently wipe each piece with a soft cloth and place it in the provided cloth pouch for safekeeping.

For the right fit, we recommend adding 1 inch to your wrist measurement. If you’re between sizes, simply include your wrist size at checkout — we’ll adjust accordingly.

For slimmer chains, a 0.5-inch allowance is usually ideal. Custom details can be entered during the checkout process with a message in the following format:

NECKLACES

Prefer a different length? Most designs can be adjusted by 2–3 inches, complimentary with every order.

Note: All measurements are in inches — 1 inch = 2.54 cm.

RINGS

Our rings follow standard US sizing. The most common sizes for women are US 6 or US 7, while for men are US 9 or US 10. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort. 

Tip: No tape measure? Use a thread or a narrow strip of paper to wrap around your finger and measure the circumference.
