PAYMENT
We accept secure payments via all major credit cards and GrabPay.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy complimentary shipping on all Singapore orders above S$30.
Orders are processed and dispatched from Singapore within 3 business days via a trusted local courier. During peak or festive periods, delivery may take up to 7 business days.
Orders placed before 2 PM (SGT) will be processed on the same business day, while those placed after will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is on its way, a shipment notification email will be sent to you with tracking details.
For special delivery requests or time-sensitive orders, please contact us prior to checkout—we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer complimentary international shipping on orders above S$100.
Estimated delivery time ranges from 5 to 14 business days, though in some cases, it may extend to weeks due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Please note that import duties, taxes, or additional customs charges may apply upon arrival. These fees are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. YARD YARN is not liable for any such charges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange for an exchange.
Kindly contact us before returning any items to obtain exchange authorisation. Items must be returned within:
- 14 days for domestic orders
- 28 days for international orders
All items must be returned in their original condition, accompanied by your return address and a brief explanation for the exchange.
For hygiene reasons, only damaged items are eligible for exchange.

REFUNDS
At this time, we do not offer refunds. We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. If your item arrives damaged or if you encounter any issues, please reach out—we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange where applicable.
