For hygiene purposes, we do not accept any return of sold goods. On top of that, we also do not accept the return of sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We like what we make and we want you to like it too. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, the exchange needs to be notified within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us before sending an item back to authorise an exchange. Items should be sent back within 14 days (for local orders) and 28 days (for international orders) from the purchased date in original condition, and include a note stating the reason for your exchange, as well as a return address. Please note that for hygiene purposes, we only accept exchanges that are deemed damaged.
