We accept secure payments via all major credit cards and GrabPay.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Enjoy free shipping on domestic orders above SGD 30. Orders are processed and shipped from Singapore within 3 to 5 business days via a domestic courier service provider. During festive periods, delivery may take 5 to 7 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM (SGT) will be processed on the same business day, and those after 2 PM (SGT) will be processed on the next business day. A shipment notification email will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Enjoy free shipping on international orders above SGD 100. International delivery typically takes 5 to 14 business days but may extend to 3 to 4 weeks due to customs clearance delays.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes upon arrival. YARD YARN is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred.

EXCHANGE POLICY
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.

Contact us before returning any items to obtain exchange authorisation. Items must be returned within 14 days (domestic orders) and 28 days (international orders).

Kindly ensure the Items are in their original condition and indicate the reason for the exchange along with your return address. For hygiene reasons, only damaged items are eligible for exchange.
