These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through https://yardyarnofficial.com/.
By placing an order with YARD YARN, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.
1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
All products are described and photographed as accurately as possible. However, as each piece is handcrafted, slight variations in texture, finish, or form may occur — this is part of the character and individuality of our work.
We reserve the right to modify product descriptions, specifications, and prices at any time without notice.
2. PRICING AND CURRENCY
All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices do not include shipping fees, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly mentioned.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel or adjust affected orders accordingly.
3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are accepted only after payment has been processed and you receive a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions.
4. PAYMENT METHODS
Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and authorised third-party gateways.
We do not store your full payment details. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
5. MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some products, including the MAILLE pouch and other handcrafted pieces, are made to order.
Estimated production times are stated on product pages, and orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping timelines and policies are outlined in our Shipping Policy. We are not responsible for delays once orders have been handed over to the courier.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
All sales are final. Returns and refunds are not accepted, except in the case of verified manufacturing defects.

8. PRODUCT CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Each piece is designed for longevity. We recommend following our Care Guide to preserve its finish and form.
Normal wear and oxidation over time are part of the natural character of our materials.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, YARD YARN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Singapore.
