Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Production and delivery timelines vary depending on product type (please refer to specific product listings for lead times).

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, particularly in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorised activity.


5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped from Singapore. Delivery times vary based on destination and courier services.

YARD YARN is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier handling once orders are dispatched.

Shipping rates and estimated timelines are provided at checkout. Additional fees or duties may apply for international orders.


6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, all sales are final.

Gift sets, custom pieces, and made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@yardyarnofficial.com within 7 days of receipt, and we will review the issue on a case-by-case basis.
