At YARD YARN, each piece is handcrafted in small batches with care and precision. Due to the artisanal nature of our products, all sales are considered final once an order has been confirmed.

Please review the following terms carefully before completing your purchase.


1. GENERAL POLICY
All jewellery, gift sets, and made-to-order pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and care instructions before placing an order.

2. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@yardyarnofficial.com with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine if the item qualifies for a replacement or repair.
Please note that this policy applies strictly to manufacturing defects and not to damages caused by misuse, wear and tear, or improper care.


3. RETURNS AND REPAIRS
Returns are not accepted unless approved by our team in writing. Should a repair be required outside of the defect window, we offer paid repair services on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the piece.

Shipping costs for returned or repaired items are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


4. CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. As all pieces are made and packaged in small batches, production begins shortly after an order is received.


5. FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are strictly final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation:

  • Gift sets

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift wrapping or packaging add-ons
