All orders from YARD YARN are processed and fulfilled from Singapore. We take great care to ensure that each piece is packaged securely and delivered in excellent condition.


1. ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 working days once payment has been confirmed.

For made-to-order or handcrafted items, including the MAILLE pouch, please allow 4 to 7 working days for production before dispatch.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.


2. SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES
We offer both local and international shipping. Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier handling.

  • Local (Singapore): Estimated 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • International: Estimated 7–20 working days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including public holidays, customs delays, or courier issues.


3. SHIPPING FEES
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.
Complimentary shipping may be offered during selected campaigns or minimum order thresholds, as indicated on our website.


4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for delays or fees resulting from customs processing.


5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear, depending on the courier.


6. DELIVERY ISSUES
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed parcels once the package has been handed to the courier.

Should an issue arise, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information. However, we will do our best to assist where possible.
